Swami Vivekananda Welcome Speech at Chicago on 1893

I found this precious Swami Vivekananda Welcome Speech at Chicago on 1893 in YouTube. I found it interesting for all of us so thought to make a post on this. The video was posted by Ramnirmal (YouTube name) who uploaded this video for all of us. Special Thanks to him for creating and uploading this one.

This welcome speech by Swami Vivekananda at Chicago on 1893 is taken from an audio release, about the Life and Works of Swami Vivekananda. Though this is not the original voice of Swami Vivekananda, we can feel the power of his thoughts on Hinduism, and his respect for all other religions from his words. "We believe not only in universal toleration, but we accept all religions as true." Swami Vivekananda explains the gist of Hinduism by quoting a sloka from Bhagavad Gita. In fact that also explains the concept of Universal acceptance of all religion.

Swami Vivekananda was an Indian Spiritual leader of the Hindu religion (Vedanta). Swami Vivekananda was a disciple of the famous 19th century mystic-saint Sri Ramakrishna of Calcutta.
