Ambaji Mata Temple enshrines a gold plated Holy Shakti Vishwa Shree Yantra in a cave like Gokh in the inner wall. Sree Visa Yantra is installed in a convex shape and 51 Bij letters have been inscribed. This stands for the Goddess Arasuri Ambaji. There is no idol or statue installed in the temple. Gabbar hilltop is the original abode of Ambaji Mata, located 5 km from the temple on the border of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Batuk Bhairav is the Kalabhairava shrine associated with Ambaji Mata Mandir.

The Paduka or silver sandals of Mata Ambaji are also worshiped in the main temple. In front of the Gokha of Mata Ambaji there is a big statue of a Holy Lion of the Goddess. Devotees use to worship the lion with Kanku Puja.
