Chinna Tirupati Venkatachalapathy Temple is located at Coonoor in Nilgiris district of Tamilnadu, India. Surrounded by tea plantations, Coonoor is the 2nd largest hill station in Nilgiris. The temple is located around 6500 ft above sea level and is surrounded by natural flora and fauna. Chinna Thirupathi Temple is dedicated to Lord Venkatachalapathy form of Lord Vishnu. Other deities worshiped in the temple are Lord Ganesha, Velayudhan or Murugan, Lord Ayyappa, Anjaneyar or Hanuman, Lord Guru, and Goddess Durga.
Darshan timings are from 6.30 AM to 11.30 AM and 5.00 PM to 7 PM.
Nirmalya Darshan is at 6.45 AM and Maha Deeparadhana is at 6.15 PM in the evening.
Vishnu Sahasranam Stotra is recited on every Saturdays.

Important festivals celebrated at the temple include Vaikunta Ekadasi,Thirupavai Kalyana Utsavam, Panguni Uthiram, Vaikasi Visakam, Varalakshmi viratham, Deepavali and Karthigai Deepam.

Chinna Tirupathi Temple is located on the Coonoor – Kothagiri main road, just 6 km from Coonoor Bus Stand. Ooty is around 20 km from the temple.
