Julfa Mata Temple is a Hindu temple located at Nangal Town of Rupnagar in Punjab, India. The Primary deity worshipped here is Goddess Julfa Mata or Shri Sakthi Maa. This temple is one of the 51 sakthi peetas. At the entrance of this temple, Lord Shiva’s deity is placed on the right side. The peepal tree is also there.
Navarathri and Saavan days are celebrated here in a grand manner. During this occasions, the temple gets decorated with lights, flowers etc and the temple draws a huge crowd of devotees. Devotees usually bring offerings for the Devi. The offerings include sweets, kheel, coconut and flowers.
Julfa Mata Temple is situated on the hills of Nangal - Hambewal Road. The temple is around 5 km away from the Nangal township. There is good road transportation facility available here and people are able to take their vehicles here.
