Sri Mridanga Saileswari Temple Festival 2023 details. This year Mridanga Saileswari Temple Pooram Maholsavam festival 2023 is from 28 March to 4 April 2023 (1198 Meenam 14th to 21st). The festival will feature special poojas, Pooram Kuli, Arattu Festival and Thidamu Dance. Mridanga Saileswari Temple is a famous Hindu temple located in Muzhakunnu, Kannur district of Kerala.
Muzhakkunnu Mridanga Saileswari Temple is one of the 108 Goddess Durga temples in Kerala, India. It is believed that the lady form of Kadhakali was originated from Muzhakkunnu by Kottayam Rajavu. Mridanga Saileswari Temple is also regarded as the family temple of Veera Pazassirajah.
