Kuttiyil Devi Temple Festival 2026 – Choorakkodu
Echoing with the sacred chant “Amme Narayana, Devi Narayana,” the Kuttiyil Devi Temple, Choorakkodu, announces its Temple Festival 2026, scheduled in March 2026 (Malayalam Era 1201 – dates 20, 21, 22, 23). This annual celebration is a vibrant expression of devotion, tradition, and cultural richness, bringing together devotees and visitors for days of spiritual and artistic experiences.
The festivities commence with a spectacular cultural program on 04 March 2026 at 7:30 PM, featuring a Gayathri Veena Musical Night presented by Vaikom Vijayalakshmi and troupe. Known for her soulful voice and devotional depth, Vaikom Vijayalakshmi’s performance promises a mesmerizing evening filled with classical and devotional melodies, elevating the spiritual atmosphere of the temple.
On 05 March 2026 at 7:30 PM, the celebrations continue with a graceful dance presentation by Sree Mookambika Nritha Vidyalayam. The Thandava Nadanam, inspired by classical traditions, will showcase rhythmic precision, expressive storytelling, and divine symbolism, captivating the audience with its elegance and energy.
A deeply revered ritual unfolds on 06 March 2026 at 6:00 AM with the sacred Pongala.
