Special Poradam Day 2025 | Shree Ayyappa Temple, Faridabad
Shree Ayyappa Temple, managed by the Shree Ayyappa Sewa Samiti (Regd.), Sector 3, Faridabad, Haryana, will observe a Special Event on Sunday, 21 December 2025, marking an auspicious day of devotion and spiritual observances. The sacred day corresponds to Poradam Nakshatram and is celebrated with the participation of 1201 devotees, reflecting collective faith and reverence toward Lord Ayyappa.
The day begins early at 5.30 am with Nirmalya Darshanam, followed by Abhishekam and Malar Nivedyam, allowing devotees to experience the serene morning worship. At 6.30 am, the powerful Ganapathi Homam is performed to invoke divine blessings and remove obstacles. This is followed by Usha Pooja at 7.30 am and the grand Uchha Pooja at 9.30 am, marking the peak of morning rituals.
Poradam Day Special Celebrations at Shree Ayyappa Temple, Faridabad
Evening prayers commence at 6.30 pm with Deeparadhana, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. At 7.00 pm, a devotional Bhajan by Pranavam fills the temple with sacred chants. The day concludes from 8.00 pm onwards with Athazha Pooja, the chanting of Harivarasanam, and Laghubhakshanam. The Laghubhakshanam is generously sponsored by KN Gopinathan, Praveen Gopinathan, and Thankamma Gopinathan of Pathanamthitta, Kerala, while the Payasam offering is sponsored by Karthik Rudradev, Faridabad. This sacred event stands as a beautiful expression of devotion, unity, and spiritual harmony.
