Kumaranalloor Puthukulangara Balarama Sreekrishna Swamy Temple Festival 2026 – Deva Prasnam Parihara Kriya and Utsavam

The annual festival and special rituals at Kumaranalloor Puthukulangara Balarama Sreekrishna Swamy Temple, also known as Dakshina Gokulam, will be conducted in May 2026 with great devotion. The temple, blessed by the presence of Lord Balarama and Lord Sreekrishna, will host Deva Prasnam Parihara Kriyas followed by the annual temple festival as per the instructions received during the recent Deva Prasnam.
The Parihara Kriyas will be held from May 12 to May 14, 2026, as part of tantric rituals meant for the spiritual upliftment of the temple and the well-being of devotees and the surrounding region. These sacred ceremonies are performed to enhance the divine energy of the temple and to ensure peace, prosperity, and harmony for the community.
The annual Thiruvutsavam will begin with Kodiyettu on May 15, 2026 (Idavam 01, Malayalam Era 1201) and will continue with daily poojas, special offerings, Mahaprasada Oottu, and traditional temple rituals. Devotees will have the opportunity to participate in various ceremonies including homams, abhishekams, annadanam, and devotional programs during the festival days.
The festival will conclude with the Arattu ceremony on May 20, 2026 (Idavam 06), marking the grand finale of the celebrations. The rituals are conducted under the guidance of Thantri Brahmasree Kadiyakkol Krishnan Namboothiri and Melshanthi Madhura Sankaranarayanan Namboothiri, along with the temple trust and festival committee.
Devotees are invited to participate in the festival and contribute to the rituals, annadanam, and temple ceremonies, continuing the tradition of devotion and community support that has been followed for many years at Kumaranalloor Puthukulangara Balarama Sreekrishna Swamy Temple.
